1. About UNRUSH

UNRUSH is a discovery and matchmaking platform for responsible slow travel, operated worldwide by SILKWIRES LTD, a company registered in Vietnam under business license number 0310311284 (issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City in August 2010). We connect discerning travellers across every continent with travel agencies listed on the unrushtravel.com directory.

Throughout these terms, "UNRUSH", "we", "us" refer to SILKWIRES LTD as publisher and operator of the unrushtravel.com platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use UNRUSH only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or misleading purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without our express written consent
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform without prior authorisation

4. Travel Requests

When you submit a travel request through UNRUSH, you are initiating contact with one or more travel agencies listed on our directory. UNRUSH acts as an intermediary matchmaking platform and is not party to the travel contract between you and any agency.

UNRUSH does not guarantee the availability of any travel service or the suitability of any particular agency for your specific needs. Final terms, pricing, and booking conditions are agreed directly between you and the chosen agency. The terms under which agencies access your inquiry are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Agency Listings

Travel agencies listed on UNRUSH are independent businesses. Their presence on the platform does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by UNRUSH of any specific travel outcome, service quality, or ongoing conduct. You remain responsible for evaluating any agency before engaging it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the UNRUSH Charter, editorial content, branding, and visual identity, is the intellectual property of SILKWIRES LTD (or its licensors), protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property law. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. UNRUSH is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. UNRUSH does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SILKWIRES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability (which may be zero, since access to the public platform is free for travellers).

10. Modifications

SILKWIRES LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
